Curious about me?
Here's my story!
As a first-generation Middle Eastern woman, finding my identity was a challenge, as I’m sure many of you can relate. Growing up with a Lebanese mother and Syrian father in Los Angeles, CA, I found comfort in art and Rock ‘n’ Roll. Despite feeling like an outcast among my Middle Eastern family and friends because of my music taste and individual beliefs, I learned to stay true to myself even when societal norms conflicted.
For nearly a decade, from the ages of 17 to 26, I struggled with the pressure of achieving an unrealistic standard of perfection. The constant stream of limiting beliefs, like "You're not pretty enough," "You're not skinny enough," and "You're not cool enough," became a daily struggle. But through resilience, genuine friendships, and self-discovery, I learned to silence those voices and embrace my authentic self. This journey was not easy, but it was transformative. I stand confident, having shed the weight of those negative thoughts. Today, I embrace my independence and prioritize personal happiness above all else.
I am committed to helping others who find themselves on similar paths. My mission is to empower you to break free from the shackles of self-doubt and societal expectations. I am here to guide you towards a place where you can celebrate your unique qualities and appreciate your worth. Together, we will work on building self-confidence, fostering self-acceptance, and creating a life where you can thrive. Let's embark on this journey to unlock the potential that lies within you and discover the strength and beauty of your true self.
